My real-life side-hustle squad shares their recommendations for the best podcasts for entrepreneurs. These are the shows that inspire 6 women to keep gettin' up and pushin' forward.
Last year, I attended a blogging conference all by myself. By the end of the four days, I had left with 6 new friends.
Ever since we met in September, we have a group phone call every Tuesday morning. We discuss challenges and achievements, and encourage one another to keep writing our blogs and building our businesses.
If one of us is chasing a squirrel, the others will quickly nip it in the bud.
We also talk about podcasts we've listened to, especially podcasts for entrepreneurs. And it's not always me suggesting the shows; it's often someone else, and I'm nodding along, silently in agreement.
So, a couple of weeks ago, I put out a call to the group for their favorite podcast recommendations. They each selected an inspiring podcast that helps them follow their passions and reach for their goals.
I'm super happy to share this list of podcasts with you, and to tell you a little bit about each of these awesome women. I've even linked to their blogs, so you can go check out their stories and advice.

Do it Scared with Ruth Soukup
This podcast recommendation is from Jessica. Jessica's blog is about running a household, struggling to do "all the things", and how to cut yourself some slack.
Here's what Jessica says about the Do It Scared podcast:
"It always leaves me feeling motivated to tackle any challenge ahead of me, yet at peace with being right where I am right now. The encouragement that Ruth and her guests give is paired with such grace that I feel truly empowered to put one foot in front of the other…despite any fears that might want to hold me back."

Blogging Breakthroughs with Faith Mariah
My friend Bethany recommends this show. Bethany is a doula and marketing consultant. Her blog aims to help women have an empowered, natural pregnancy and birthing experience.
Here's why Bethany recommends the Blogging Breakthrough podcast:
"I listen to Blogging Breakthroughs when I need a good boost of encouragement on my business path.
Faith's heart-centered view of blogging really resonates with me and inspires me to write and work for all the right reasons. This podcast is less technical instruction or business strategy (although she does a fair bit of that, too) and more about real life ways to be intentional about serving your people and taking good care of yourself in the process.
If you're a creative entrepreneur that recognizes the value in mindset work and self help, you'll love this show."

Goal Digger
Career coach, mom, and blogger Melissa recommends this podcast (and so do I). Melissa's blog is where she shares her career development and parenting experiences so she can help other moms find a balance that works for them.
About Jenna Kutcher's Goal Digger podcast, Melissa says:
"Jenna is really honest and relatable (aside from the multi-million dollar business part). She offers a ton of really sound business and side hustle advice, but she also focuses a lot on mindset and building up her listeners. It feels like you have a backstage pass to her growth and business and what is actually working for her."
2 Massage Therapists and a Microphone
Ali is the take-charge person in our group, and she's also the owner of an award-winning massage therapy practice in Colorado. Her blog for massage therapists is all about learning and growing in the field.
Ali recommends this podcast because:
"Their content is relevant and innovative. It has been challenging me to think differently about how I conduct business. It is a little irreverent, which feels refreshing in our watered-down, afraid to voice our true opinion climate.
While geared towards massage therapists, I encourage a variety of holistic practitioners to check out this show! The hosts aren't afraid to dig into topics, and frequently have visitors on their show. These guest appearances result in a wide variety of opinions and advice!"

Online Marketing Made Easy
This recommendation comes from Brooke, who completely decluttered her life and moved to the country. Her blog about minimalism - with kids - is full of tips she learned from experience.
Brooke swears by this podcast by Amy Porterfield. Here's what she says about it:
"Amy has a great approach to complex, online business concepts, and she breaks them down into easy, actionable steps. She also provides great show notes, so you don’t have to sit there taking notes the entire time. You can listen to her in the car, and then take action when sitting down at your computer."

The Rise & Conquer Podcast
L.A. girl Alyssa recommends the Rise & Conquer podcast, which comes as no surprise. Alyssa's blog is all about side-hustling and striving for financial independence while still working full-time.
This is what Alyssa said about this show:
"Georgie Stevenson is so inspiring. She is a lawyer who started a side hustle turned full-time business. I think Georgie is a huge inspiration to women and entrepreneurs alike. She is so passionate and her podcast features great guests who are inspirational and raw.
The best part is that Georgie is so young (probably younger than 25) and she has accomplished so much through working hard. She really does inspire you to rise up and conquer your dreams."
